MSSS Security provides bespoke manned guarding services for the Corporate, Commercial and Retail sectors. Well trained security guards are given at your request. Supervision is done at least three times per every shift. There are also a number of impromptu checks by senior operations managers. This is to make sure that the movements of supervisors are also checked and incidents put under control. Apart from this, there is also the watchman’s clock installed at the clients’ request where guards are required to clock in at intervals.

Our vastly and fully vetted security guards can also help you control access by making sure only authorised visitors are allowed into your premises. Furthermore, our Security personnels have been trained to react quickly when resolving any crime, fire or security associated incidents in real-time.

MSSS Security has a potential, well established and defined recruitment and performance policies that place only the best security officers at assignments. Observation, Monitoring and supervision of guards at assignments is carried out by three levels of management – supervisors (visits to each assignment during each shift), shift managers (spot checks) and senior managers (random checks). All this has enabled us to provide guard services for high demand customers.

All Security officers are thoroughly vetted by management during recruitment. The internal vetting procedures include a thorough interview of all Security Officers, past employment history and reference letters. External vetting procedures include, but are not limited to authentication of documents presented including Certificate of Good Conduct
